About Us
Del Monte II Property Owners, Inc. is a homeowners association responsible for the enforcement of deed restrictions for the Del Monte II subdivision in Houston, Texas. In addition to deed restrictions, the associate collects maintenance dues to maintain the neighborhood, provide trash service, enforce Architectural control standards, and other functions as defined by the division bylaws.
